Overview
From the huge stainless steel mash tuns to the sunny deck overlooking sailboards skimming the mighty Columbia, Full Sail Brewery delivers the finest in craft beer enjoyment. This brewpub and tasting room, a remodel of the old Diamond Fruit cannery, opened in 1987 and has become a landmark stop for beer lovers and tourists to the region.
Hops grow abundantly in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, and lend their unique flavor to the Full Sail microbrews, several of which have won awards at the World Beer Cup, the Great American Beer Festival, and more. The first successful commercial Pacific Northwest microbrewery to bottle its beer for retail sale, Full Sail became an independent employee-owned company in 1999.
Pacific Northwestern fare prepared with locally-produced ingredients highlights the bistro-style lunch and dinner menu. Brewery tours are also available.
